Our mission is to empower people, parents, and professionals by providing professional development trainings, educational workshops, and program development and recreation therapeutic services to youth development agencies and agencies that serve elders. We have been committed to our mission this since 1990.
Developing a company's ability to adopt and utilize best practices builds a more efficient and highly motivated team. We develop and implement innovative and engaging programs for active elders or those requiring memory care support in assisted living facilities, and instill confidence in staff to support inclusion of children with disabilities in summer camps and after school programs and other Out-of-School-Time (OST) programs. We specialize providing trainings to agency staff that work with children or adults with behaviors of concern.
Located in the beautiful Tampa Bay area, we offer a diverse array of engaging workshops and on-site trainings to:
reduce employee turnover (full time or seasonal)
decreases staff's need for supervision
develop a greater sense of self-worth and well-being for both employees and clients
increase employee's feelings of satisfaction through the achievement of personal and company goals
decrease the number of participates from being removed from programs due to behaviors of concern
Each organization is unique, being comprised of individuals with their own strengths. Together we determine what you what you want to achieve and develop the action plan to turn your goals into reality.
Your organizations biggest assets are your people. Our focus is helping your staff do more whit what they already have been trained to do. We just give them more tools to reach their highest level of achievement.
We help your staff discover and develop their potential in order to continue to provide exceptional services to your community.
We give your staff the tools and knowledge so they will gain the confidence to provide services to the clients they are committed to serve.
By working together we create an environment of inclusiveness and acceptance, where families feel welcomed, clients feel valued, and staff feel empowered.
We exist because we believe that with proper supports, children with autism, ADHD, behaviors of concern, and developmental disabilities, adults with developmental or physical disabilities, and adults living with dementia, memory loss, or Alzheimer's disease, can enjoy the same benefits of recreation in their community as their peers without disabilities. Training staff and supporting agencies to develop an inclusive and acceptive environment benefits the entire community.
Our trainings are designed to meet your specific needs and goals. Contact us at (615) 585-1188 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org today and together, we can help you make a difference in the lives of the people in your community!
