   Welcome to Trainings and Workshops, located in the Bay Area of San Francisco! I have been working with children, adults, and

elders, providing therapy, support and education for over thirty years. As a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, teaching

skills to become or remain as independent as possible, developing a positive sense of self, maintaining positive social relationships,

and learning life-long leisure skills has been my mission. I provide Therapeutic Recreation Consulting to Parks and Recreation

Departments for inclusion training as well as program development and camp staff training. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, I

also provide consulting for senior facilities for program development and dementia training. I am also a Certified HealthRhythm

Drumming Facilitator, using therapeutic drumming and music making for Elders and others to improve attention and memory, develop

self-awareness and self-expression, improve eye hand coordination, and for camaraderie and enjoyment.

   As a Certified Parent Educator,  I offer Professional Development for childcare centers and afterschool programs, and teach

Redirecting Children's Behavior Parenting Classes to families, addressing behaviors for tots to teens.
